TRACK WITH A CURVED FIELD PLATFORM OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a treadmill and, more particularly, a treadmill equipped with a curved treadmill platform.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] In order to make the user easily walk on the conveyor belt and push back the conveyor belt to obtain a labor saving effect, the manufacturing process of the existing curved conveyor platform is complicated . It forms by gluing multiple layers of thin plates to a certain thickness to form a flat platform, and then the flat platform is heated and pressed by a large oil hydraulic press to form a curved mat platform with a mold. However, the molding process takes time, so the workpiece is quite laborious. In addition, the arc angle must have a certain angle for the curved track platform to be mounted on a specific curved side frame. If the curved side frames on both sides of the track are slightly asymmetrical, assembly is somewhat problematic. A plurality of fixing pins are inserted into the perforations in the sheets of the elastic platform and attached to the fixing holes of the fixing seats. The elastic platform is forcibly attached by the fixing pins and slightly deformed according to the curved shape of the two curved side frames to form the curved track platform. Each sheet of the curved mat platform can be produced from a flexible fiberglass board, a flexible bamboo board, a flexible wood board, a flexible plastic board or a flexible cardboard, reducing the platform's manufacturing time curved track and providing an adequate damping effect for the user.

A plurality of fixing pins are inserted into the holes in the elastic platform and attached to the fixing holes of the fixing seats. A durable sliding plate is attached to the curved track platform and secured by the fixing pins. The durable slide corresponds, in shape, to the curved track platform. Two sides of the elastic platform are forcibly attached to the fixing seats of the two curved side frames to form the curved track platform, providing quick installation and reducing the time to manufacture the curved track platform. The elastic platform directly forms the curved track platform, giving an adequate damping effect.
[0006] Preferably, the inner sides of the two curved side frames are provided with a plurality of pressing rods spaced apart from one another to press the belt belt on the curved belt platform so that the belt belt is attached to the curved belt platform thereby preventing the belt from disengaging from the curved belt platform in a suspended manner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERENTIAL MODALITIES [0015] The modalities of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0016] As shown from Figure 1 to Figure 5, a belt 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a belt frame 1, a front cylinder F, a rear cylinder B, an elastic platform 2 and a belt belt elastic 3. The belt 3 is wrapped around the front cylinder F and the rear cylinder B so that the belt 3 runs from front to back. The elastic platform 2 is arranged below the upper part of the circular belt belt 3. When the user walks on the belt belt 3, gravity falls on the elastic platform 2.

Two sides of the elastic platform 2 are forcibly attached to the fixing seats 11a, 11b of the two curved side frames 1a, 1b, so that the respective sheets 20 are naturally connected side by side to form the curved track platform 2a, providing a quick installation and reducing the manufacturing time of the curved track platform. The elastic platform 2 directly forms the curved track platform 2a, giving an adequate damping effect.
[0020] A durable sliding plate 6 is attached to the elastic platform 2 and is fixed by the fixing pins 22, and corresponds, in shape, to the elastic platform 2. The durable slide plate 6 is a single piece plate, as shown in Figure 2. The overall size of the durable slide plate 6 is the same as that of the elastic platform 2. In another embodiment, the durable slide plate 6 is composed of a plurality of plates (as shown in Figure 6) connected side by side. The sheets of the durable sliding plate 6 correspond, in size and position, to the sheets 20 of the elastic platform 2, respectively.

1. Treadmill that has a curved track platform characterized by the fact that it comprises:
two curved side frames, arranged on two sides of a track frame, the two curved side frames being parallel to each other and spaced apart, the two curved side frames each having a high front end and an end low rear to form a curved shape, the inner sides of the curved side frames being provided with a plurality of fixing seats respectively, the fixing seats having fixing holes respectively, the fixing holes of the fixing seats being one curved side frame corresponds, in position, to the fixing holes of the fixing seats of the other curved side frame;
an elastic platform, including a plurality of sheets connected side by side, the sheets each having perforations that correspond, in position, to the fixing holes of the respective fixing seats;
a plurality of fixing pins, inserted in the perforations of the elastic platform and attached to the fixing holes of the fixing seats, the elastic platform being held by force by the fixing pins and slightly deformed according to the curved shape of the two side frames curves to form the curved track platform; and durable slide corresponds to a durable slide plate, attached to the curved track platform and fixed by the fixing pins, to, in shape, to the curved track platform.

Belt, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the inner sides of the two curved side frames are provided with a plurality of pressing rods spaced apart to press a belt belt on the curved belt platform so that the conveyor belt is affixed to the curved conveyor platform; each pressing rod being one of a bearing or a cylinder, and an outer edge of each pressing rod is covered with a soft layer of rubber or a soft plastic layer.

a plurality of fixing pins, inserted in the perforations of the elastic platform and attached to the fixing holes of the fixing seats, the elastic platform being forcibly held by the fixing pins and slightly deformed according to the curved shape of the two side frames curves to form the curved track platform; and a durable slide plate, attached to the curved track platform and fixed by the fixing pins, the durable slide corresponds, in shape, to the curved track platform.
